Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of the Aurevo Nano Pro and each unit is inspected before shipping. We offer a 30‑day window to review any issues with your machine, but we do not offer refunds.
Within 30 days of receiving your Aurevo Nano Pro, you may contact us if:

Your machine arrives damaged or defective

You receive the wrong model or color

There is a functional issue out of the box
To be eligible for a return for inspection or exchange, your Aurevo Nano Pro must be in the same condition you received it: clean, undamaged, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging included. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return request, email us at aurevo200@gmail.com. We’ll provide the return address and next steps. Machines sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your Aurevo Nano Pro as soon as it arrives. If the machine is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can review the issue. Once inspected and approved, we will offer a replacement unit or store credit. We do not provide cash or card refunds.
Non‑returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

Used machines that show heavy wear, impact damage, or misuse

Machines returned without original packaging and accessories

Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your Aurevo Nano Pro is eligible, please email us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
If you’d like to change your Aurevo Nano Pro (for example, to a different color or to another model), the fastest way is:

Once your return is approved, place a new order for the machine you want.
Where applicable and approved, we can offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds to your original payment method are not available.
EU 14‑day cooling‑off period
If your Aurevo Nano Pro is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The machine must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
For EU customers, if a monetary refund is required by law under this cooling‑off period, we will respect that requirement. For all other situations, and for non‑EU orders, our standard policy is no refunds, with issues handled via exch
