Aurevo is a premium coffee brand built around the Aurevo Nano Pro, a portable espresso maker designed so you can enjoy café‑quality coffee wherever your day takes you—on your commute, at the office, on the road, or outdoors.
2. What makes the Aurevo Nano Pro different?
The Aurevo Nano Pro is engineered for real life:

3. Is the Aurevo Nano Pro compatible with Nespresso capsules?
Yes. The Aurevo Nano Pro is designed to work with Nespresso‑style capsules, so you can use many of the capsules you already know and love. (If you also plan to offer ground coffee compatibility, just add a line about that here.)
4. Where do you ship?
We currently offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30‑day window from the day you receive your order to contact us about an issue with your Aurevo Nano Pro.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

You must contact us before sending anything back—unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Our standard store policy is no refunds. Approved cases are handled via exchange or store credit, except where a monetary refund is legally required (for example, under certain EU rules).

8. Do you offer refunds?
Our policy is no refunds to the original payment method.
For most orders, we will offer an exchange or store credit if your return is approved.
For customers in the European Union, if a monetary refund is required by law under the 14‑day cooling‑off period, we will follow the applicable consumer regulations.

11. Do you accept returns on sale items or gift cards?
No. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
12. How does the EU 14‑day cooling‑off period work?
If your Aurevo Nano Pro is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Where the law requires a refund under this cooling‑off period, we will follow those rules.
