No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout.
Shipping is always free on every Aurevo order, no matter where you’re located within our delivery zones.
Delivery Time
We carefully prepare, pack, and ship your Aurevo Nano Pro so it arrives in perfect condition.
Standard delivery time: up to 10 business days after your order is processed
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
Most customers receive their order sooner, but we prefer to promise a realistic window so you can plan with confidence.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed:

We confirm your payment and prepare your package.

Your order is handed off to a trusted carrier.

You receive a confirmation email with your order details, and (where available) tracking information.
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout—incorrect addresses can cause delays.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your Aurevo package is on the way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email.
If tracking is available to your region, you’ll find a link in that email so you can follow your delivery step by step.
International Shipping
We ship to multiple countries around the world. Delivery times may vary slightly by destination, but our standard estimate remains up to 10 business days once your order has been processed.
Customs inspections, local carrier delays, or events outside our control may occasionally extend this window. If your order is significantly delayed, our team is here to help.
Delays & Responsibility
We work hard to dispatch every Aurevo order on time, but once a package has been handed over to the carrier, transit time is in their hands.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
